Nihon Zaitaku Management Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes its responsibilities as a company engaged
in the real estate sales, brokerage, rental, management services, the operation of call centers, seminars, workshops, examinations, insurance sales (insurance agency), the lifestyle support services at the time of moving in, and product sales. Under our basic philosophy, all employees recognize the importance of protecting personal information entrusted to us by users, and the Company implements and maintains the following initiatives in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard “Requirements for Personal Information Protection Management Systems Regarding Personal Information Protection” (JISQ15001).

1Appropriate protection of personal information of customers (users of our services), business partners, and employees of our company shall be conducted by appointing a “personal information protection manager”.

2The Company shall protect personal information only to the extent necessary for our business operations such as real estate sales, brokerage, rental, management, call center operations, operation of seminars, workshops, examinations, insurance sales (insurance agency), the lifestyle support services at the time of moving in, product sales, and related operations, as well as for recruitment.
The Company will acquire, use, and provide personal information by appropriate means.
When acquiring personal information, the Company will clarify the purpose of use and the point of contact for inquiries.

3 In principle, personal information shall not be used or provided outside the scope of use approved at the time of acquisition,
except as required by law.
Appropriate and necessary measures will be taken to ensure that personal information is not used for any other purpose.

4The Company will take reasonable security measures to prevent and correct risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, loss, damage, or leakage of personal information.

5When outsourcing the handling of personal information to an external contractor, the Company will make appropriate contracts, provide guidance, and manage the contractor so that the contractor will comply with the use, provision, and security management of personal information based on the consent given when the information was obtained.

6When requested by an individual to disclose, correct, change the scope of provision, or delete his/her personal information, as well as
to appropriately respond to complaints and consultations regarding personal information held by the Company, the Company will promptly respond to such requests within a reasonable scope upon appropriate identification of the individual.

7 In addition to complying with applicable laws, national guidelines, and other standards regarding personal information handled
by the Company, the Company will manage and make necessary corrections to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately,

The category of information included in the anonymized processed information include email address, type of business,
type of employment, annual income, etc. The information will be provided by uploading it to a web system, etc.
